Prestige Publicity provides public relations and marketing services on a retainer basis. We operate on a “best effort” principle, dedicating our expertise and resources to deliver the best possible results for our clients. Refunds for these services are not provided unless explicitly specified in the client’s individual contract terms.

Online Courses
All online public speaking courses purchased through www.thespeakingguild.com come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the course content or quality, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for the refund request.
Personal Online Coaching
For public speaking coaching sessions, we offer a limited money-back guarantee under the following conditions:
- Unused sessions: If you have not used all of your coaching sessions within 90 days of purchase, you may request a refund for the unused portion of your package. The refund will be prorated based on the number of unused sessions.
- Coach compatibility: If, after your initial coaching session, you find that the coach is not a good fit for your needs, you may request a refund for the remaining sessions. To be eligible for this refund, you must notify our customer support team within 48 hours of completing your first session and provide a brief explanation of your reasons for requesting the refund.
Please note that refunds for personal online coaching sessions are subject to review and approval by our team. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above criteria or if we suspect abuse of our refund policy.
